Anti-Ago 1-4 Monoclonal Antibody produced by Wako Pure Chemicals
Argonaute (Ago) proteins are the catalytic components of the RNA-induced silencing complex (RISC). RISC is the protein complex response responsible for RNA interference. Argonaute proteins bind different classes of small non-coding RNAs including microRNAs (miRNAs), small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) and Piwi-interacting RNAs (piRNAs).
This mouse monoclonal antibody recognises mouse or human Argonaute proteins: Ago1, Ago2, Ago3 and Ago 4. It is produced by hybridoma clone 1G3 and suitable for immunoprecipitation or Western Blotting applications.
Anti-Ago 1-4 5ml:
Formulation: 1xTBS aqueous solution with 50% w/v glycerol, 0.05% sodium azide
Isotype IgG1.
Suggested dilution for Western Blotting: 1:1000-10000
