StemSure® Leukaemia Inhibitory Factor (LIF) Mouse produced by FUJIFILM Wako Chemical Corporation
StemSure® products are quality assured as confirmed by culturing mouse ES D3 strain cells and performing a colony forming test and alkaline phosphatase staining in addition to the quality specifications for liquid media for general uses.
StemSure rmLIF is suitable for the preparation of 1 L of ES cells culture medium. Murine leukaemia inhibitory factor (LIF) has been found as a factor differentiating mouse leukemia cell-derived M1 cells and has been reported subsequently to inhibit differentiation of embryonic stem cells (ES cells). This product is used generally in the culture of mouse ES cells as a factor maintaining undifferentiation of mouse ES cells.
