ScreenFect™ siRNA 0.2ml produced by Wako Pure Chemicals
ScreenFect™ siRNA is a transfection agent combining high transfection efficiency with low cell toxicity - no need to change media after transfection. It contains novel cationic liposome derived from a click chemistry screening system*. ScreenFect™ siRNA is suitable for transfection of siRNA into eukaryotic cells. Cells can be transfected with or without cell detachment, meaning for some cells the protocol can be streamlined into a one-step protocol. Some cells may require a two-step protocol to increase transfection efficiency.
