The Roche Smart-Prep faecal sample preparation device is to facilitate and simplify the extraction process in preparation for Calprotectin assay. Faecal sample is placed in the tube cap using a disposable spatula and then the sealed tube is vortexed with BÜHLMANN extraction buffer to extract the calprotectin. Each pack contains 50 extraction tubes and spatulas.
