We’re excited to share that Alpha Laboratories has been acquired by Diploma PLC, a FTSE 100 UK-listed group specialising in value-added technical products and services across Life Sciences, Seals, and Controls.

There will be no change to how goods are procured from Alpha nor will there need to be any adjustments to sales and service agreements. While we are no longer family-owned, the family spirit that defines Alpha remains stronger than ever. For all intents and purposes, it is business as usual with the added support of Diploma reinforcing what we do.
