Features & Benefits
The SealMate™ system includes a moulded polypropylene dispenser with a hinged ‘clamshell’ design. The dispenser facilitates the quick and easy dispensing of film from a roll, allowing microplates to be sealed three times faster than using pre-cut individual film sheets.
The sealing films are supplied in a novel sheeted-roll configuration with cost-effective replacement rolls sold separately. Replacement rolls can be easily installed by releasing the locking clasps on the dispenser.

SealPlate® sealing films minimise evaporation, prevent spillage and contamination between Wells, and provide a secure seal, not just a cover. Secure sealing of all Wells eliminates 'edge effects' in sensitive ELISA assays.
SealMate™ for AeraSeal™
Perfect for cell, tissue, and bacterial cultures
AeraSeal™ films are 140µm thick hydrophobic porous rayon sealing films including medicalgrade adhesive for tissue culture plates. This film is easy to pierce for direct sample recovery and designed to facilitate air and CO2 exchange for cell or bacterial growth.
SealMate™ for eXTReme™
Designed for PCR applications
eXTReme™ seals feature an extra strong, thick adhesive providing an excellent seal for all plate materials. This special formula minimises evaporation yet enables easy seal removal without leaving residue behind on the plate.
Directions & Demonstration
Pull out one seal
Apply to plate
Anchor the film to the plate with thumb and forefinger at dispenser end
Squeeze dispenser as shown to prevent accidental release of additional seals
Tear at perforation by rotating dispenser sideways; do not pull up
Seal with bottom surface of dispenser
